Laundry

Laundry service, with added cost.

The laundry service works from Monday to Saturday, and it takes 24 hours; You must deliver the clothes you want to wash to the maid or at the reception with the completed form of the units you want to wash, and your room number.

Iron and ironing board (free of charge, subject to availability).

Safe box

We kindly ask you to read these instructions before using the safe.

Firstly, the door of the safe must be open.

If the door is closed, meaning it is blocked, please call the reception dialing number 9.

How to program for the first time the safety box.

  • Close the door with your hand.
  • Hold the card close to the reader until a red line appears. Then remove it.
  • Dial your 4-digit pin number very quickly. If you do not do it fast enough, it will say “BAD PIN”.
  • Press on the green button that says “LOCK”.

Openning of the safety box

  • Press the “lock” key.

Closing of the safety box.

  • Close the door with your hand.
  • Dial your personnel secret number.
  • Press the “lock” key.
Towels in the bathroom

Towels can be exchanged daily. You can help protect the environment by re-using your towels.

  • Towels on the floor mean: “Please change“.
  • Towels on the rack mean: “I’ll use them again“.
  • Please do not use the bathroom towels for the pool or beach.
  • Thank you for your cooperation!

For external or international calls: To call outside the complex, you must dial the number 0 followed by the telephone number you wish to call, this call will have an associated cost.

Room cleaning
  • The rooms are cleaned every day except Sundays. 
  • If you wish to not be disturbed during between the regular cleaning hours (08:00 am – 16:00 pm), then please hang the "Do not disturb“ sign on the outside of the door.
  • Changing of sheets: Once a week (On the seventh day).
  • Cleaning dishes and cups not included.
  • Please remember to remove the sign before 16:00 pm, if you want your room cleaned.

Please contact our front desk if you need an extra service. 

Breakdowns

Please inform reception about any technical issues in your room or within the hotel, enabling us to fix it immediately.

For safety reasons please always lock the terrace door properly when leaving the room

Voltage

The electrical sockets in your room run on 220 volts.

Extras

Available upon request at reception: kettle, toaster, fan, iron, among others.

Sofa-bed

Dear Guest,

Please note that to use the third bed, you need to open the sofa bed by pulling the backrest forward.
