Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: after4:00 pm. Please remember that on the day of departure you must leave your room by 12:00 pm. at the latest.

  • Early check-in: subject to availability.
  • If you wish to check out later, please get in touch with reception regarding availability and prices.
Wake up service
  • You can order our wake-up calls service through the reception team.
Postal service and messages

At the reception desk there is a post box with postal collections several times a week.

Any mail (letters, post-package, etc.) addressed to you, will be delivered to your room.

Lost and found

If you find any lost property please hand it in at reception.

Free basic Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.

How to connect to wifi
Welcome to broadband Internet access service!
If you want to connect to our wifi, follow the steps below:
  • With the mobile data off, select the Wifi Network: HSANJORGE
  • Even if it shows as “connected”, open your browser (Google Chrome, Safari...) and enter our website: hsanjorge.com
  • Accept the data protection policy and enter your personal information, as indicated in your ID or Passport.
    • Name
    • Surname
    • Room number
  • Insert an e-mail address.
  • Select “WIFI NOW”.
  • And finally, choose “Send anyway” and in a few seconds you will be connected.

Pool towels
  • At check-in, you will be given a card free of charge that you can use to request pool towels at our pool lifeguard point. 
  • You can change the towels whenever you need from 10:00 - 18:00 h.
  • Remember that at check out you must hand in the towel card again, you will receive it when the towels are handed out on the last day.

To call our reception dial number 9.

For external or international calls:

  • To call outside the complex, you must dial the number 0 followed by the telephone number you wish to call, this call will have an associated cost.
